YNAB Coaching

  • You already use YNAB but have hit a roadblock and need some help. The YouTube videos and awesome Facebook group haven’t quite resolved your issues, and you need to talk to someone before you go own another rabbit hole.

  • Your coaching session is 1 hour long. We find this tends to be an ideal amount of time to get your questions answered. During the session, we’ll go through your budget, help you answer those questions, and then will send you a follow-up email with detailed notes and any action items you have.

  • $150. We find most clients only need 1 session

  • You’ve started and stopped YNAB about a million times. You love what YNAB can do for you, but the reality is you aren’t keeping up with it and don’t want to keep telling yourself you will get there.

    • Weekly transaction review + category clean-up

    • Monthly category-level spending review

    • Weekly update form to check-in and clarify any flags

    • Budget alerts: overspending, underuse or trending shortfalls

    • Email check-ins if anything stands out

    If you need full YNAB setup or account cleanup before we begin services, you will be able to add a setup intensive for an additional one-time cost.

  • $400/mo for bookkeeping (3 Month Minimum Commitment)

    $300 one-time charge for Setup Intensive (if needed)
