Honoring Your Seasons
I’ve learned that my most creative and grounded moments come when everything slows down. As my personal new year begins, winter invites me into reflection, planning, and quiet building. This post is an invitation to honor the season you’re in and trust the rhythm it brings.
Let Your Yes be Yes
I used to overthink every decision. Especially the ones that involved saying no.
But clarity—about what I do, who I serve, and where my energy is most needed—has made my yeses easier and my nos even easier (Shoutout to my friend Cherice, who years ago talked about this idea of making your yes mean yes and your no mean no.)
In the latest issue of Unscripted, I reflect on a moment that reminded me why saying no quickly, without guilt, is a gift I’ve worked hard to earn.
If you’re in a season of redefining your boundaries, I think this one will resonate.
Why Unscripted
What happens when you stop performing success and start telling the truth?
I’ve launched a space to explore just that: money, time, identity, and the messy business of living life on your own terms.
The first issue is live: Why Unscripted. If you're ready to unlearn the grind and rebuild from peace, not performance, subscribe to get our latest posts.
